Requirements

• Operates radiographic equipment
• Monitors equipment for proper function
• Utilizes safety devices (cones, collimators, lead aprons, etc.) to ensure radiation safety
• Performs computer and clerical functions related to radiology requests
• Stocks and maintains orderliness in radiographic exam rooms
• Follows nursing procedure technique for patient safety and care
• Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals
