INTEGRIS Health has a great opportunity for a Patient Access Specialist in Oklahoma City, OK. This position involves working with the Access Center Team to provide exceptional care to patients and facilitating efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement, and optimal customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ensures the appropriateness of complex patient access transactions
• Performs financial counseling activity
• Possesses the ability to use analytical thinking, independent judgment, and clinical knowledge
• Collects patient payments and follows levels of authority
• Documents all patient account activities concisely
• Responds promptly to patient inquiries regarding pre-care services
• Participates in team-oriented process improvement initiatives
• Maintains compliance with performance standards, federal and state regulations
• Follows all safety rules while on the job
