Job Description
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Medical Staff Specialist to join their Medical Staff Services team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves serving as a liaison between medical staff, healthcare professionals, legal counsel, and administration, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Requirements
- Develops, manages, and administers medical staff and allied health professional credentialing processes
- Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards, federal and state guidelines, and regulatory agency guidelines
- Assists with developing and ensuring compliance with medical staff bylaws and hospital policies
- Reviews and screens highly sensitive credentialing documents
- Verifies applicant information and completes credentialing processes in a timely manner
- Coordinates and documents medical staff ad hoc investigation committee activities
