Job Description
We are seeking a PC Technician to provide basic troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for personal computer users. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma with 3 to 5 years experience and excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Experience working with personal computer hardware, software, systems, local area networks and terminology
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to operate computer peripherals including monitors, printers and scanners
