Job Description
The IT Business Analyst takes a leadership role in engaging with internal business customers to elicit and manage requirements and participates in the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed business needs.
Requirements
- Collaboration with internal business customers, various internal IT service delivery departments and third-party implementation partners
- Develops and maintains appropriate knowledge of best practices, tools and processes for the design and deployment of custom public-facing web applications, mobile applications, collaboration platforms, and integration / interoperability of those technologies with enterprise business systems (SAP/PS)
- Utilizes IIBA/BABOK Business Analysis industry best practices and tools to elicit, document, analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements using both Waterfall and Agile delivery models
