Job Description
The In-house Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service work within an assigned service territory, assessing workloads, and manipulating resources to deliver on-time service and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include assignment of daily repair dispatches, order consignment product, and management of consignment inventory.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or three years of related experience
- Organized and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Oracle and Lotus Notes experience preferred
