Job Description
Integrant Inc. is seeking a passionate and organized Senior Lead Software Engineer to manage projects, code, and teams. The role requires a strong understanding of software engineering processes, Agile methodologies, and communication skills to deliver high-quality projects on time. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders and is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership of cross-functional teams
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with software architecture and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of best practices for code review, unit testing, integration, and automation
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, source control, Docker and Kubernetes)
- Experience working with backend technologies (e.g., .NET Core) and frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React)
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
- Strong client engagement
- Strong leadership skills
- Risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Training team concept on software design
