Staff Product Manager - Programmatic

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive vision and execution for our Programmatic and Publisher solutions, with a strong focus on buy-side experience or deep understanding of publisher session dynamics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product management experience with at least 2 of those years in a digital advertising experience
• Significant experience and deep understanding of buy-side (DSP) technology, gained at a demand-side platform, agency, or buy-side ad tech company.
• Strong technical and analytical background; experience with supply path optimization, AI-driven solutions, or publisher/agency integration is highly valued
• Practical knowledge of the needs of buyers in DSP environments and/or publisher-side workflow and session mechanics
• Demonstrated ability to navigate agile environments, prioritize projects, and drive innovation
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; comfort working across business and technical functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
