Requirements

• Implement the overall philosophy and strategy of the organization regarding all international legal operations, matters, and decisions
• Manage, develop and motivate a team of attorneys and other professionals working in multiple regions across the globe
• Support RFP and tender submissions and negotiate agreements with distributors and suppliers in multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure transparency and conformity with applicable law and highest ethical standards
• Manage OUS subsidiaries and other entities, including intercompany agreements and intercompany loans
• Provide product counseling and guidance on commercial and regulatory affairs initiatives
• Support Business Development with respect to OUS activities
• Manage the selection, work direction and expenditures of outside counsel as well as the Company's OUS legal budget
• Oversight of legal operations, building and implementing the legal ops strategy
