Creative Producer (On-Site)

We're looking for a Creative Producer to lead our daily production of digital content for our high-growth beauty brands. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of creative assets, overseeing post-production, and ensuring a consistent visual quality across all campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Production, Project Management, or Creative Operations
• Proven expertise in managing the full production lifecycle for both photo and video assets
• Expert proficiency with workflow and project management tools
• Strong technical understanding of digital media specifications and optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage and track production budgets
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Expertise in leveraging Generative AI tools
• Proficiency in integrating and managing AI-powered workflow tools
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven creative systems
• Experience partnering with AI/data teams
