Job Description
Intecrowd is seeking a Workday Certified Time & Absence Consultant to provide expertise in Workday Payroll and Absence/Time Tracking solutions to clients. This remote role involves architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions, mentoring consultants, and offering support for deployment projects. The company values partnership and engagement as a key element of its business.
Requirements
- Current Workday Partner Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
