Job Description
Intecrowd is seeking a Workday Certified HCM Consultant to architect, configure, and test Workday solutions for clients. This role involves guiding clients through the full deployment lifecycle, ensuring successful integration, and fostering client adoption of Workday best practices. The consultant will leverage expertise in multiple HCM modules and collaborate effectively within a team. Location flexibility is permitted with options in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
Requirements
- Current Workday Partner HCM Certification plus at least one other of the HCM solutions: Recruiting, Talent and Performance
- 3+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional human resources experience
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously
