Senior Marketing

We are hiring a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to create pipeline, close deals, and build predictable revenue growth. The role owns sales and growth end-to-end and requires a commercially driven individual with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing full sales cycles end-to-end.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or growth-focused roles
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing full sales cycles end-to-end
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
• Experience managing CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
• Demonstrated ability to run discovery conversations and negotiate complex deals
• Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills
