We're looking for a bilingual Manager, Architecture, to join our growing team! As a Manager of Architecture, you will lead the application and solution architecture team for Intact's primary insurance contract management platform. Your goal will be to ensure the implementation and evolution of application architecture practices and platform technologies.

- Develop application architecture and associated good practices.
- Develop productive and engaged teams, fostering the development of personal and technical skills, as well as collaboration.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure that all initiatives are appropriately staffed, balancing the needs of the company with the experience and professional aspirations of each resource.
- Master all the facets of software development, understand how all the components interact and can impact the performance and the quality of delivered products.
- Remain on the lookout for market opportunities and question the status quo.
- Communicate the technology vision to team members and ensure governance.
