Join the InsurTech Hub Munich e.V. as the Director of Program & Strategy to shape the future of the insurance industry in a dynamic environment. As the successor to this position, you will be responsible for annual planning, themes, and formats, fostering an entrepreneurial culture among member companies, partners, and startups, and developing customized pilot projects.

Requirements

• Proven success in the implementation of strategy and theme finding processes
• At least 7 years of experience in program and content management
• Significant national and international connections in the entrepreneurial network
• Outstanding team skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies
• Fluent German and English
