Job Description
Insurity is seeking a VP, Strategy to act as a strategic partner and advisor to the Chief Business Officer, driving execution of key initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. This role focuses on translating high-level priorities into actionable plans and overseeing executive and board engagements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative leader with a deep understanding of insurance technology and customer relationships.
Requirements
- 10 years managing people (multi-functional teams)
- 15 years in domain or relevant experience
- Experience with conflict management
- Assertiveness, directness, and 'company first' mentality
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of complex issues and clear articulation
