Job Description
Insurify is a rapidly growing FinTech startup seeking a VP of Media Sales to build a successful advertising and data-licensing business. The role involves defining revenue strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring a healthy P&L through partnerships with carriers, OEMs, and brands. This hybrid position requires the candidate to be in the Cambridge, MA office and has been recognized by Forbes in 2023, 2022, and 2021. Requirements
- 10+ years leading digital ad revenue and data-partnership initiatives at high-traffic consumer platforms or marketplaces.
- Proven record of growing annual ad revenue from single- to double-digit millions through programmatic and direct channels.
- Deep hands-on expertise with GAM, PreBid, OpenRTB, SPO strategies, first-party data activation, and GDPR/CCPA best practices.
- Strong network across advertisers, agencies, SSPs/DSPs, and data providers.
- Analytical fluency (SQL/BigQuery, Tableau, Go) and a test-and-learn mindset.
