Job Description
SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide customer service, policy maintenance, coverage placement, problem resolution, and retention for commercial lines accounts. The role requires a thorough understanding of insurance products and state/federal laws, and involves building strong client relationships. Requirements
- Create and maintain strong personal relationships with clients.
- Maintain client satisfaction in the assigned books of business.
- Review existing files for coverage upgrades and/or account rounding, make recommendations to insureds and document outcome in file.
- Process renewals in the Agency's insurance management system.
- Prepare premium finance agreements and obtain signed agreement.
