Tribunal Case Review Advisor

We are seeking two experienced Tribunal Case Review Advisors to join the Corporate Law department at ICBC. The successful candidates will manage a caseload of Enhanced Accident Benefit Civil Resolution disputes involving complex and sensitive material of a medical and legal nature. The role requires a customer focus, continuous improvement mindset, technical ECC knowledge, and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with peers and work positively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the relevant acts, regulations, legislation and jurisprudence pertaining to Accident Benefits and Enhanced Accident Benefits claims
• Ability to interpret, analyse and conduct research on records or reports prepared by healthcare professionals, past tribunal decisions, legal opinions, regulations, legislation and other related references
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with claims leaders, specialists and other stakeholders in Accident Benefits and Enhanced Accident Benefits claims
