Manager, Software Engineering - Data Cloud Software Releases (Hybrid - Acton, MA & San Diego, CA)

We are seeking a Manager - Software Engineering - Data Cloud Software Releases to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple releases for Insulet’s Data Cloud Program.

Requirements

• Drive planning and execution of Data Cloud Engineering releases
• Collaborate with other engineering managers to develop and orchestrate engineering plans
• Represent engineering in cross-functional forums
• Define, track, and report engineering metrics
• Ensure adherence to medical device software development standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs
• Oversee sustaining activities
• Identify opportunities to streamline release processes and improve engineering efficiency
