Job Description
Instawork is seeking a Team Lead for their Demand Ops team to oversee and manage a team of 15 people. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, timely delivery, project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support the organization's goals. They are looking for someone who can drive a team and improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management, operations, or related roles.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in people management while managing 10+ people.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
