Instagrid is seeking a Team Lead Supply Chain Management to shape the foundational structures and culture of their global supply chain in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics, business administration, materials & logistics management, or a comparable field
- 10+ years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or production management in a hardware-related industry
- Experience with export control mechanisms and international trade tariffs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels and departments
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, paired with a results-oriented mindset and exceptional leadership capabilities
- Fluency in both German and English
