Job Description
Instabase is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Finance to lead their accounting, financial planning & analysis, and financial strategy functions. This role will oversee financial infrastructure, drive financial performance, and provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team in a dynamic technology environment. The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership background, technical accounting skills, and a proven track record in growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Oversee all aspects of company’s accounting operations (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax).
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
- Lead audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
