Job Description
Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services. The successful candidate will work with a supportive team to ensure the community remains a great place to live.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care
- A valid driver’s license in your state of residence
- Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed
