Store Manager in Training (MIT)

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Manager in Training (MIT) at their UWS store in New York. The MIT will perform as Manager-on-Duty, supervise team members, lead new staff onboarding, and support the Store Ops Manager. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System
