Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader at Insomnia Cookies, you will be the captain of our bakery, predicting business flow and leading a team to provide excellent customer service and quality products. You will support store leadership, prioritize tasks, and manage cash handling and deposits.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
• Point of Sales systems experience
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
