Job Description
Join the Cookie Crew as a part-time team member at our Akron, OH store. As a member of the crew, you'll create a warm and delicious experience for customers, interact with them, and bake our famous cookies. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
- Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
- Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Great communication, organizational and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
- Age 18 or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
