Requirements

• Deep experience in Business Analysis within a software development team, ideally within superannuation or investment administration.
• Firm understanding of Fund administration & accounting, Unit pricing and distributions, Custody services and general ledger accounting, Investment platforms like pControl, HiPortfolio, and UNISON (preferred, not essential).
• Experience in technology transformation programs, especially platform migrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Agile delivery experience and comfort working with ambiguity.
