Requirements
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) is a must
- Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, business, communications, or a related field
- Extensive experience in learning, change management, or communications
- Experience in financial services and/or risk and compliance learning is preferred
- Experience managing SharePoint and Confluence content
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
