Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-quality administrative and operational support to senior leaders, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Prepare background materials, briefing documents, and supporting information
- Manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meetings and travel
- Develop and maintain organized systems for communications, files, and meeting notes
- Draft and send professional email correspondence, track and submit expense reports, and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials
