Job Description
We're seeking a highly organized Customer Success Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment and ongoing success of our cybersecurity solutions. This role combines project management, service delivery, and customer success, focusing on onboarding customers and long-term satisfaction. The PM will coordinate with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and drive product value.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, service delivery, or customer success (preferably in enterprise software)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Familiarity with IT systems, cybersecurity concepts, or cloud environments is an advantage
- Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore PR
