As a Sales Administrator, you'll provide administrative support throughout the booking process, primarily assisting your local sales branch and Travel Consultants, while also handling tasks for the wider branch or global team.
Requirements
- Email clients and trade partners to request missing passenger information
- Input booking form information into our booking system
- Email clients and trade partners to chase balance payments
- Send weekly list of outstanding tasks due to Travel Consultants
- Respond to inquiries from new clients using template emails
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as requested by your line manager or Branch Sales Manager
