Eventmanager / Projektmanager Berlin (m/w/d)

insglück is seeking an Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/x) to plan, organize, and execute physical, hybrid, and virtual events, along with accompanying digital brand experience strategies. The role involves managing extensive projects, leading multi-person teams, and maintaining client communication, with a focus on creating memorable experiences both live and online. This position is located in Berlin and offers a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience (at least 2 years) as an Event Manager / Project Manager
• Experience in independently planning, implementing, and billing medium to large projects
• Experience in organizing digital or hybrid events
• Technically minded and competent in media production
• Initial experience in managing multi-person project teams
• Excellent overview of digital event platforms, video conferencing tools, live streaming providers, and digital tools
• Fluent German and English skills
