Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

Inova Center for Personalized Health is looking for a dedicated Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join the team. This role will be Full-Time Day shift Monday – Friday no call and no weekends. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

Requirements

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of radiologic principles, theory, anatomy and pathology processes
• Adheres to department policies and protocols
• Confidently operates radiological equipment
• Demonstrates proper technique for injection of IV contrast
• Assists in teaching radiography students
• Communicates effectively with patients
• Tracks patients according to department procedures
• Assists physicians in performing examinations
• Recognizes clinical and/or emergent problems
