Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee commercial concrete projects, ensuring they are executed safely, within budget, and to specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction
• Thorough knowledge of commercial concrete practices, procedures, and safety regulations
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
• Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
• Strong physical stamina and ability to manage a dynamic job site environment
