Partner Account Representative will be responsible for solution selling of IT by Design's services to new prospects within the IT services industry and IT verticals.
Requirements
- Work with new prospects to qualify their needs and guide them through a defined sales process.
- Evaluate prospects' needs and demonstrate IT by Design's full range of services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects from initial contact to closing, ensuring ongoing engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on additional revenue.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, ensuring that all services and projects are successfully delivered.
- Design, document, and maintain processes for the remote service team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Manage the process of implementing changes effectively, ensuring smooth transitions for both internal teams and clients.
