Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing diverse, high-profile, and/or key accounts, developing trusted relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and up-selling.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level
- Managed services/MSP/Managed IT/IT Infrastructure industry experience preferred
- Valid US B1/B2 Visa: preferred but not mandatory
