Senior Software Engineer

At Innovamat, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to assume real responsibility over backend systems in a distributed ecosystem with direct impact on education.

Requirements

• At least +5 years of professional experience resolving complex software engineering problems
• Ability to design complete solutions, from architecture to delivery
• Solid technical judgment: knowing how to choose the right tool, understanding trade-offs, and making informed decisions
• A taste for clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience and mentality of early adopter in the use of AI agents to develop
• Autonomy, ability to execute, and leadership of technical decisions with judgment
• A strong sense of ownership of the product and concern for quality
• Vocation of mentorship: elevating the team's level and good practices
• Taste for technical debate and challenges that don't have an obvious solution
• A level of Spanish fluency at conversational level to collaborate effectively with the team
