Associate Director, Solutions Architect

Innovaccer is seeking an Associate Director of Solutions Architect to shape enterprise-grade SaaS solutions for customers. This role involves leading the end-to-end sales cycle, developing target architectures, collaborating with customers, and driving proof-of-concept projects. The position is part of the platform engineering team and requires strong technical expertise in enterprise architecture and data strategy.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or related roles in B2B SaaS companies
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level solution design and sales engagements
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data strategy, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions
• Hands-on expertise across multiple EA domains
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment is preferred
