3663 Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our AI-driven Prior Authorization (PA) portal. This role combines deep healthcare domain expertise, strong product leadership, and experience with AI/ML to build a compliant, intuitive, and scalable platform.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare, health IT, utilization management, or payer technology.
• Strong understanding of Prior Authorization workflows, UM guidelines, clinical documentation, and payer-provider data exchange.
• Experience building AI/ML-enabled products (LLMs, NLP, predictive models, rules engines).
• Hands-on experience writing product requirements: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, metrics, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate regulatory environments and complex clinical workflows.
