Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Marine HR Executive to manage the crewing function for our shipping client's fleet. This role involves close coordination with crewing partners, ship managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient manning levels and drive retention.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Maritime Studies, or equivalent administrative experience
- Customer-focused with the ability to respond effectively and positively to queries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with COMPAS software is an advantage
- Understanding of maritime regulations such as MLC, STCW, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
