Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in MEL, research, analytics, or related fields
- Advanced degree in statistics, economics, public policy, data science, development studies, or a comparable discipline
- Proven leadership capability, including leading multi-country teams, building talent, and strengthening MEL functions
