Requirements

• Comprehensive methodological knowledge in Requirements Engineering (RE), process modeling, and basic IT knowledge
• Several years of relevant work experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer, preferably in the public sector
• Good knowledge of formular or process management systems and practical experience in requirement collection and (strategy-) documentation
• Proven ability to think and act beyond the project context of different project types (e.g. waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Experience in the application of agile methods
• Proven experience in workshop moderation (also for large groups), including decision-makers and management
