As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for strategic positions within a leading renewable energy company, developing targeted recruitment strategies and attracting the right people through data, networking, and creativity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment (corporate or agency side)
- Demonstrable affinity with the technology, energy, or sustainability sector
- Strong conversation partner at all levels within the organization
- Proactive, connective, and result-driven
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
