Integration Specialist

We're looking for an Integration Specialist to ensure seamless connections between our products, merchants, partners, and carriers. As an expert in Ingrid's APIs, you'll guide merchants through integrations and help manage data flows between e-commerce platforms, WMS, ERP systems, and carriers. You'll work closely with Sales to understand merchant needs and shape solutions that deliver real value. You'll also contribute to Ingrid's global expansion by staying on top of carrier integrations and end-to-end logistics flows.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of APIs and how to implement them in an e-commerce context.
• Ability to support Sales and translate merchant needs into technical solutions.
• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and stay structured in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious and proficient in using AI tools to improve workflows, solve problems, and explore new ways of working.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
