Quality Assurance Lead

Ingredion is hiring a Quality Assurance Lead to develop quality standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. The role involves leading, managing, and coordinating activities associated with the plant's GMP Program, GMP Auditing, Pest Control activities, and Sanitation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree (i.e., Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
• Experience in a continuous process food manufacturing environment focused on pest control and GMP activities
• Basic understanding of sanitation requirements in a food processing facility
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, preferred
• Experience leading audits, a plus
• Familiarity with, ISO, HACCP, and Food Safety
• Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, flowcharting software and experience with Electronic Documentation Systems a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools, a plus
