Quality Assurance Lead

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, managing food safety programs, and leading a team of analysts and QA staff. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, promoting a strong food safety and quality culture, and ensuring alignment across plant personnel and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• MSc. Chemistry or BS. (Hons) Chemistry/Food Technology
• 5-8 years of experience in Food, Pharma, Chemical Laboratory in Quality Assurance
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent leadership abilities to lead and develop the quality control team
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize based on company needs
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices
