Plant Controller

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Plant Controller to perform cost accounting and financial reporting functions for Runtech Operations and Sales. The role is a fixed-term, maternity cover position with a focus on financial analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years finance/accounting experience
• Strong business acumen and broad understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting cycle, budgets, and forecasting
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel
• Experience of modern BI tools such as Tableau/Qlik
• Knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle R12 and Hyperion Planning
