Order Management Executive

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Order Management Executive to forecast revenue, coordinate with sales and customer teams, and resolve order issues. The role involves overseeing order entry, shipment, and delivery, and requires a strong understanding of global shipping procedures. This position is important to company owners, and encourages contributions to employee development.

Requirements

• Responsible to forecast revenue w.r.t to backlog in system
• Co-ordination with sales team for resolving issues relating to order entry, scope of change.
• Co-ordination with customer for timely shipment of order
• Co-ordination with customer/ distributor for issue resolution on delivery
• Execution of an oversea order from booking to shipment
• Co-ordination and work with a virtual oversea team
• Knowledge of Oracle R12 /SAP / ERP software
• Understanding of Purchase order, Shipping documents, INCO terms, freight terms
• Basic understanding on Export / import transactions
