Job Description
Ingenuity Prep is looking for a Middle School Special Education Teacher who is deeply committed to students and has a passion for academic rigor and civic leadership. The teacher will lead instruction, provide targeted support, and collaborate with colleagues to build a new middle school program.
Requirements
- Experience as a lead middle school teacher in a low-income school
- Passion for providing rigorous instruction for students
- Ability to work closely with peers in a collaborative teaching setting
- History of effectively using academic data to drive instruction
- Strong relationships with students and families
- Track record of holding high expectations for self and students
